2. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the magicaldream.be website, operated by Magical Dream, by consumers residing in Belgium.
By placing an order, the customer accepts these GTC without reservation.

3. Products and authenticity

All products sold on Magical Dream are authentic and come from legitimate sources (approved suppliers, official distributors or authorized points of sale).

Disney, Loungefly, Funko, and other licensed brand products are manufactured and distributed under license by their respective brands. Magical Dream is not an official reseller or directly affiliated with these brands.

The brands and logos present on the site are used solely to describe the products sold. Any reproduction or use beyond the product presentation is prohibited.

The products offered for sale are described with the greatest possible accuracy. Photos are not contractually binding and may show slight differences (colors, details).

4. Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT included), excluding delivery costs.

Magical Dream reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced at the price in force at the time of the order.

5. Orders

The customer can place an order via the magicaldream.be website.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices, these GTC, and final validation of the purchase.

Magical Dream reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a previous dispute with the customer or non-payment.

6. Payment

Accepted payment methods are: bank card, bank transfer, PayPal, or other standard e-commerce options (depending on website evolution).
The order is confirmed only after receipt of full payment.

7. Delivery

Delivery only in Belgium.
Two options are available:

  • Free home pickup: by appointment at the company address (Rue Joseph Pochet 1, 5170 Lesve).

  • Home or relay point delivery: within an estimated timeframe of 5 to 7 working days.

Delivery costs are indicated when placing the order.
Magical Dream cannot be held responsible for delays related to delivery services.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Belgian and European legislation, the customer has a period of 15 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty.

The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, complete, and in its original packaging, to the following address:

Return costs are at the customer's expense, unless there is an error on the part of the seller.

Reimbursement will be made within 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned product.

9. Legal guarantee

Products benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the Belgian Economic Law Code.

In case of defect, the customer must contact Magical Dream within a reasonable time after discovering the problem.

10. Liability

Magical Dream cannot be held responsible for:

  • Damage resulting from improper use of the product

  • Errors in the information provided by the customer

  • Delay or defect in delivery attributable to the carrier

11. Data Protection (GDPR)

The customer's personal data is collected solely for the purpose of managing orders, deliveries, and commercial communications.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the customer may at any time request access, rectification, or deletion of their data by contacting: charlotte-emeleer@hotmail.com

No data is sold or shared with third parties without prior consent.

12. Disputes and applicable law

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will always be preferred.
Failing this, the Belgian courts will have sole jurisdiction.
The applicable law is Belgian law.
